Who can enter?
Students studying at a SA Chefs Skills Development Provider (Training Provider) Member (campus must be a member).
Students studying at an institution offering CTH Qualifications.

Your Mission:
Create a THREE-COURSE MENU that:
– Must represent South African food flavours.
– Should be at least one plant-based dish on your menu.
– Should be balanced and seasonal.
– You need to cost your entire menu and suggest a selling price
– Each dish should be accompanied by recipes (yield 4 portions)
– Photos representing the dishes on your menu must be submitted
